Most food served at Café Mason is homemade, prepared from scratch using quality ingredients. They carefully select their own produce daily, mostly organic when available. All herbs are fresh farm to table, not dried.
The Crepes, Benedicts and Frittattas are made from their signature recipes, orange juice is fresh squeezed. The home-fries are made from Yukon potatoes and real butter. Fruit or baked tomato can be substituted.
For lunch and dinner, their pasta is fresh-made and delivered daily from La Spiga De Oro. All pasta is cooked to order and prepared individually. You might want to try Café Mason’s famous Mason Portobella Mushroom Cheeseburger.
